Initially, we’ll conduct a fitness assessment with you, while discussing what changes you want to make, and what you’ve done in the past. Then we’ll match a trainer with you. Someone who will guide you every step of the way.

We offer a range of training options and competitively-priced packages. And after punishing your muscles, you can reward them with a relaxing massage.

One-on-one personal training

$100 for 1 session/ $900 for 10 session package/ $1600 for 20 session package

Our trainers customize your workouts around your goals. As your body changes and adapts, the program intensifies to keep you challenged. Your trainer will even offer you tips, workouts and nutritional guidance for your off days.

Partner training

$65 a session per person/$500 for package of 10, per person/ $950 for a package of 20, per person

Share the love, or the pain, by working out with a friend. Partnering up with someone who’s close to your fitness level saves money and makes your workouts twice as motivating.

Small group personal training

$45 a session per person/$400 for a package of 10, per person/ $775 for a package of 20, per person

Triple your training pleasure with huge savings. One of our trainers will put you through a circuit of exercises, where you super set opposite muscle groups for maximum impact. Little rest. Big results. Lots of fun.


Pilates can be performed on a mat or specially designed spring-resistant exercise apparatus (The Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair to name a few). The benefits of Pilates appeals to a wide variety of clients from dancers, athletes, runners etc. Come take a class with our Pilates instructor Chris Coates. Privates are also available by schedule only.
